BrainWare Safari Named a Finalist for Two 2008 Codie Awards

The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry, has named BrainWare Safari a finalist for the 2008 Codie Award in two categories: (1) Best Education Game or Simulation ; and (2) Best Instructional Solution in Other Curriculum Areas .    This is the first year for the Best Education Game or Simulation category. 

The Codie Awards www.siia.net/codies/2008/ holds the distinction of being the only peer-recognition award program of its kind in the software industry.  It provides a unique opportunity for companies to earn the praise of their competitors. The Codie Awards program, now in its twenty-first year, remains the standard-bearer for recognizing outstanding achievement and vision in the software industry.  Winners will be announced at the awards banquet on May 20, 2008 in San Francisco .

• Rosetta Stone Version 3, Rosetta Stone
• Student Email and Collaboration Tools, Gaggle.Net, Inc.

BrainWare Safari was also named a finalist in the Best Instructional Solution in Other Curriculum Areas in 2007, and is the only repeat finalist in 2008.
